Solid Block Footings

We level your shed on solid cement blocks making sure the base does not directly come in contact with the ground. This ensures years of service without rot or insect damage

We use durable 2x6 floor joists and 3/4 plywood sheathing to ensure long-lasting strength.

Roof Underlayment

We use LP Smartside for our shed walls. It is an exterior grade panel pre primed a natural tan color. It is treated so it will not absorb water

If you look at old sheds you quickly realize that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim boards used. We eliminate that from happening on our sheds by only using PVC trim boards. They never need paint and they will never rot.

We cover our roofs with synthetic roofing underlayment for added protection. Some companies don't use any underlayment!

Double top plates & premium 2x4 wall Construction w/ Simpson Strong-Ties

On standard addition sheds, our walls are framed 24'' OC for sheds up to 10X12, and 16'' OC for sheds larger than 10X12.

We make sure to enhance the durability of our sheds with double top plates and hand picked top choice 2x4 wall studs with Simpson Strong-Ties for extra roof strength.
